Tunnel's Beach

This is one of the superb snorkeling spots on the North Shore. The beach is 2-miles long, running between Hanalei Colony Resort and Ha'ena Beach Park. You will find at the middle of the beach a huge half-moon shaped reef just 1/8 mile offshore where snorkeling is the best.  Deep water caverns are located close to shore making it also great dive site. Swimming is often good here with shallow, sandy and calm areas.

DIRECTIONS:
Take Highway 560 east from Hanalei toward Ha'ena. Two short dirt roads, just past Mile Marker #8, lead to the parking area for the beach.
