Princeville Condo Rental Testimonials
April 2010
Nihilani, a jewel. My husband and I arrived on Kauai, Feb. 6, 2010, for a month of fun, sun and beach. Excited to experience Hawaii where we had not been before. The arrival in Princeville and the drive into our condo complex at Nihilani set the stage for the rest of our holiday. Spectacular scenery on the drive from the airport, easy access and nice setting at the entrance to Nihilani but we were so happy when we opened the door and saw the fabulous condo we would be staying in for the next month. Living room and kitchen first, they were nicely decorated with a tropical feel, kitchen well appointed with good quality furniture, TV, sound system and appliances and plenty of dishes. The main bedroom and ensuite is spacious and so very comfortable, second bedroom which is totally separate, with it's own bathroom, each room with high quality linens and towels, which made our stay with two friends who joined us, very easy. Having a garage to drive into each day was especially nice and hanging along the walls were all that we needed for our beach days, chairs and snorkel equipment and for those with children a chest full of fun stuff to keep them happy in the sand.
Location, Location and Nihilani has that . We were close to so many beautiful beaches accessed by walking and with wonderful names like, Secret Beach. Barb and Paul have a Library of good books and maps to help you get oriented right away. Short drives to many other beaches that offered boogie boarding, snorkeling and all very quiet that you felt as if you were on your own private beach. Zip-lining, hiking at all levels, kayaking and horseback riding all close by. Our busy days ended with happy hour either on our nicely furnished Lanai, or at the pool for a swim and hot tub. Pool area equipped with great BBQ and cooking facilities. It is all there and we recommend Unit 1A as an excellent place to stay.
Thanks Barb and Paul for a great holiday. Greer and Andy
“From the minute we stepped into this unit we knew we would have an extraordinary vacation experience! Everything we possibly needed was here and ready for us to use. The rooms wee clean and comfortable, the decor tasteful and festive. Even if we had just stayed in the unit we would have had a spectacular vacation! Being situated right next to the fabulous pool and jacuzzi was wonderful. And we spent many a meals out on the lanai enjoying the exotic plants and soothing ocean breezes. The TVs were something we really loved, especially when viewing the Beijing Olympics. Also, the bikes and boogie boards added to our fun. Out of all the rentals we have stayed in in Hawaii, this unit at Nihilani was are favorite! Thank you for making our time here a both restful and exciting experience!”

Dear Paul & Barb:
“We just got back from a 15 day stay at your fabulous condo in Princeville. In all of our 13 trips to Kauai we have never stayed in such a beautiful, spacious and well-appointed condo. The large 2-car garage was an unexpected bonus. Your place has just about anything a person on vacation could want. Thank you, again, for sharing your little bit of paradise with us.”
Most sincerely,

Thanks for the loan of your Island Paradise home - Cathy and I had a truly wonderful time. Your ultimate Kauai guest book was brilliant and allowed us to explore from Ke'e Beach to the Pu'u o kila lookout and everything in between. The Queens bath and Hideaways Beach were sights not to be missed here in Princeville and the waves crashing on the cliffs at Kilauea light house were awesome. We certainly saw a lot during our stay,But as our time went by we enjoyed it more and more.
Mahalo and Aloha,
Cathy and Richard Redfern
